TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE CONNEXION

We've chosen the name 'ConneXion' for our church fellowship for a reason.  Our main purpose is to encourage people to recognize and make time for what really matters in life. 

So what does really matter?  It was John Lennon who said "life is what happens to you while you are making plans to do other things."

That's pretty good.  In other words, not everything in life is equally important.  We can get distracted by daily stuff that we won't remember a week from now, while overlooking the  important things that really matter.

John Lennon got caught by this himself.  While he accomplished a lot, his son Julian grew up to say, "I have tremendous respect for dad as a musician, but as a father all he taught me was how not to be a father."  You've heard it said that when we're on our deathbed we won't be wishing we had spent more time at the office.  Then what WILL we wish we had done?
